David Liu is the Founder and CEO of Jiepang, which he founded in February

2010. Jiepang is the leading location-based social network in China, partnering with venues such as Starbucks to bring people closer together around the places they love. After studying at UCLA, David worked on several startups in social networking, desktop software, and mobile software. David grew up in Silicon Valley and today lives in both Beijing and Shanghai.
